Director, Clinical Operations and Corporate Quality

Ms. Williams is a Registered Nurse with a diverse clinical and leadership background. Ms. Williams has been employed in healthcare for over 40 years, and prior to joining our team, Ms. Williams has held positions in health plan quality, utilization, care management, and credentialing operations, managed care independent physician associations and healthcare systems, nursing supervision, and clinical teaching. Her clinical experience includes neurologic, cardiac, and medical critical care and general surgical nursing.

Ms. Williams is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy, staff management and training, and quality management for all lines of business. Ms. Williams reports to the Vice President, Clinical Programs and leads a team of supervisors, team leads, and frontline staff to assure client services are consistent, meet both external and internal requirements, URAC standards, and customer expectations.
