Vice President, Corporate Development & General Counsel

Mr. Minke is responsible for the management and oversight of departmental operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance to program standards. Mr. Minke is responsible for our accreditation and compliance programs, along with all legal oversight, contracting and risk management of MMRO.

Prior to joining MMRO, Mr. Minke worked for ten years as a business and transactional attorney advising clients that operate in highly regulated environments, including the health care, insurance, financial services and casino gaming industries. He also has extensive experience in handling complex commercial transactions and multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance issues. Mr. Minke earned a J.D. from the Wayne State University School of Law, an M.B.A. (finance concentration) from Wayne State University, and a B.A., with honors, in history from Michigan State University.
